Netropolis合同会社（以下「当社」といいます）は、当社が提供するスマートフォン用アプリケーション「Netro」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）および本アプリに関するサービス（以下「本サービス」といいます）をご利用になる皆様（以下「利用者」といいます）の情報を以下のように取り扱うものとします。
当社は、本アプリおよび本サービスにおいて、利用者の情報を以下の目的のために利用いたします。なお、情報をご提供いただけない場合、本アプリおよび本サービスの全部あるいは一部をご利用いただけないことがございます。

利用目的：お問い合わせへの返答および本人確認のため

当社は、本アプリおよび本サービスの提供や利用に関する動向調査、利用者に適切な広告表示をするために、本アプリおよび本サービスの機能とは独立した、第三者による情報収集モジュールを利用することがあります。情報収集モジュール等の名称・サービス名・情報収集モジュールを提供する外部事業者および情報収集モジュール等に送信される利用者情報の内容、送信される情報の利用目的については以下をご確認ください。
当社は、利用者を特定することのできないCookie、広告識別子等のID、IPアドレス、アプリ・ウェブサイトの閲覧履歴・利用時の行動に関する情報、アンケートの回答に関する情報、趣味嗜好・属性情報及びこれらの分析結果等の個人関連情報を第三者から取得し、これを利用者の個人データと結びつけた上で、広告配信等の目的で利用いたします。
本アプリは、利用者情報の自動送信を停止する手段を提供しておりません。利用者情報の自動送信を停止したい場合は、本アプリをアンインストールしてください。
本アプリをアンインストールした後でも、コンプライアンスおよびセキュリティの目的で、一部のデータは一時的に保持される場合があります。
当社は、本プライバシーポリシーの全部または一部を改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合には、告知することといたします。

Netropolis LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) shall handle the information of all users (hereinafter referred to as “users”) who use the smartphone application “Netro” (hereinafter referred to as “this application”) and the services related to this application (hereinafter referred to as “this service”) provided by the Company as follows.
Our company will use the information of users for the following purposes in this application and this service. If you do not provide the information, you may not be able to use all or part of this application and this service.

Information acquired: Information about the device, such as the ID that identifies the user's device and the OS version
Method of acquisition: Automatically acquired
Purpose of use: To confirm the identity of the user and to prevent use in a manner that violates the terms of use
(2) Email address
Information acquired: Email address
Method of acquisition: Input by user
Purpose of use: For authentication, including logging in to the app
(3) Phone number
Information acquired: Phone number
Method of acquisition: Input by user
Purpose of use: For authentication, including logging in to the app, and for data transfer

Information acquired: Advertising Identifier (iOS) or Advertising ID (Android)

Purpose of use: To deliver advertisements that are suited to the user and to measure the effectiveness of advertisements
(5) Information related to inquiries
Information acquired: ID for this application, information related to the device used (device model, OS, app version, etc.), content of inquiry, additional confirmation items requested by our company, email address
Method of acquisition: Information acquired through the means of inquiry selected by the user
Purpose of use: To respond to inquiries and to confirm the identity of the person making the inquiry
(6) Information related to questionnaires
Information acquired: Information entered in the questionnaire form specified by our company
Method of acquisition: Input by user
Purpose of use: For research into trends related to use, improvement of the application and services, and development of new services
(7) Information related to prize competitions
Information acquired: Information entered in the prize competition entry form specified by our company
Method of acquisition: Input by user
Purpose of use: For prize competitions, contacting users, and sending prizes
In order to conduct trend research on the provision and use of this app and service, and to display appropriate advertisements to users, we may use information collection modules provided by third parties that are independent of the functions of this app and service. Please check the following for the names of information collection modules, service names, the names of external businesses that provide information collection modules, and the content of user information transmitted to information collection modules, as well as the purpose of use for transmitted information.
We acquire personal information from third parties, such as cookies that cannot be used to identify users, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, information about the browsing history and behavior of users when using apps and websites, information about responses to questionnaires, information about hobbies, preferences, and attributes, and the results of analysis of this information, and we use this information in conjunction with users' personal data for purposes such as advertising distribution.
This application does not provide a means to stop the automatic transmission of user information. If you wish to stop the automatic transmission of user information, please uninstall this application.
Even after uninstalling this application, some data may be temporarily retained for compliance and security purposes.
Our company may revise all or part of this privacy policy. If there are any important changes, we will notify you.
